“We tell ourselves stories in order to live” - Joan Didion
I am interested in helping you rewrite narratives that no longer serve you, so that you can begin to create new ones full of presence and authenticity. My goal is for you to have and maintain a loving, accepting relationship with yourself, one you don’t have to earn by being perfect or burning out.
If you see yourself in any of the below, let’s get started.
Anxiety + OCD
You may experience this as persistent worry, and/or physical sensations such as muscle tension, panic attacks, shortness of breath or heaviness in the chest. You also may experience obsessive-compulsive tendencies including Health Anxiety. This may be showing up in the form of odd thoughts, obsessions or odd behaviors that you may not have ever shared with anyone. I will give you concrete tools to manage and decrease your levels of anxiety so that you begin to feel relief as we seek to understand the root causes. For OCD I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which is the gold standard treatment.
Perinatal Mental Health, Infertility + Pregnancy Loss
I am Perinatal Mental Health certified (PMH-C). I hold space for grief and the unknown as clients try to conceive or struggle with fertility. Whether you’re concerned about mood disorders during pregnancy or postpartum, navigating third party reproduction, experiencing infertility, loss or just the unstable feeling of not knowing how this journey will unfold for you, we’ll make sure you have the information and support you need to feel safe and well.
Disordered or Reactive Eating
Are you concerned that your relationship with food is unhealthy? Are you in a cycle of restricting and then rebounding with binge eating only to restrict again or punish yourself with exercise? A small voice inside may be asking for help, but you’re not sure how to get yourself out of this. You have a sense that life is passing you by while your thoughts and behaviors are consumed by what you can eat next and what you’ll have to do to compensate if you “fail”. If you’re ready to take the first step, I can help you.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. KAP has been shown to improve treatment resistant depression and PTSD. It is also showing promising results in clients with OCD and Eating Disorders as well as clients who struggle with rigidity of thoughts and behaviors/beliefs and who want to experience the benefits of the neuroplasticity that this experience facilitates in the brain.
Let’s Work Together
My current session fee for 2026 is $275 per 50 minute session. I will occasionally have a sliding scale space available at a slightly lower rate, which you can inquire about.
I do not accept insurance, but it is possible that your insurance company will reimburse you up to a certain percentage per session. This is how many of my clients afford therapy. Check with your insurance company to determine the rate at which you are eligible for reimbursement.
Payment + Cost
I am committed to anti-racist work and strive to create a safe space for BIPOC clients, those from varied cultural and religious backgrounds and those who identify as part of the LGBTQ community. It may sound simple, but I am also deeply committed to being PRESENT with you while sitting with the pain that racism, homophobia, and oppression cause. I do not shy away from these moments or topics. I do not expect to be educated by my clients nor do I want concern for my feelings to ever eclipse the client's ability to express their feelings and experience.
I am also an EXCELLENT therapy match-maker and am always happy to help you connect with the therapist who feels like the right fit for you, if I'm not it - just ask me!
