I’m Chapin—a therapist, yoga instructor, wife, and lover of cooking, the outdoors, gardening, and deep conversation. I offer a warm, grounded space for individuals and couples to explore all parts of themselves, fostering greater authenticity, connection, and ease in life and relationships.

I integrate Somatic (body) Awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other approaches to support individuals who:

  • Feel stuck in relationship patterns or cycles of conflict

  • Have difficulty setting boundaries or expressing needs

  • Are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm or burnout

  • Are in a phase of life transition and seeking grounding

  • Are navigating grief and loss
