We do not accept insurance, but it is possible that your insurance company will reimburse you up to a certain percentage per session. This is how many of our clients afford therapy. Check with your insurance company to determine the rate at which you are eligible for reimbursement.

Please cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If cancellations occur within 48 hours, you will be charged the full fee of your session. If you are available for a reschedule, your clinician will make every effort to reschedule you for the same week (availability-dependent). 

​Our cancellation policy is designed to support our ability to continue to provide you with optimal services by supporting our clinicians towards a stable schedule and semi-predictable income. Thank you for understanding.

A provider with the PMH-C designation is perinatal mental health certified. This means they have at least two years post-grad experience providing perinatal mental health service, have taken 14 hours of foundational coursework and at least 6 hours of advanced coursework in perinatal mental health, and passed a certification exam.
