Jenna Leff, AMFT

#142492, Clinically Supervised by Sarah McLaughlin

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and rooted in genuine connection. The space is yours to show up exactly as you are. The goal is for you to feel understood and safe enough to be fully yourself, without having to perform or edit who you are.

I enjoy working with people navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationships, and major life transitions. Maternal mental health is a particular passion of mine (I have additional, specialized perinatal mental health training), especially the emotional and identity shifts that can come with motherhood.

I draw from IFS, anxiety-focused approaches and I’m often a good fit for those who feel overwhelmed by expectations, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are becoming.

I love spending time with my daughters and family. A lot of my happiest moments are simple ones, like laughing and playing with them, working in the garden, or being outside in the sun.
