Sarah McLaughlin (practice founder and clinical supervisor) has 8 years experience of continuously supervising associate therapists in her practice. She has supervised a dozen clinicians with her warm, relational style.

Sarah provides a boutique training program for associates with a team of 2 associate therapists; small enough to get to know and support associates deeply. Associates learn to hone their clinical skills and work through a holistic, somatic and relational lens. New clinicians receive scaffolded support (in addition to supervision) that decreases as they find their footing. This position is ideal for clinicians wanting a max of 10 weekly client sessions. Also ideal for self-starter/go-getters, as part of the goal is to support associates in eventually launching their own practices. Sarah currently does not employ licensed clinicians.
